The X-CLARITY™ Mounting Solution Value pack (10 X 25 mL) is a refractive index matching solution (RIMS) derived from the formula introduced by Yang et al. (Cell 158, 945–958 (2014)). The X-CLARITY™ Mounting Solution's refractive index (RI) is 1.460 at 25°C and is stable over a wide temperature range. This solution minimizes photobleaching and preserves fluorescence signals, rendering it an ideal solution for clarified and fluorescence-labeled tissue samples.
