Strep-Tactin® Superflow® high capacity FPLC columns are ready-to-use columns for affinity chromatography. The columns are suitable for automated protein purification with HPLC/FPLC devices such as the Äkta® systems (Cytiva). The FPLC columns contain cross-linked agarose coupled to the ligand Strep-Tactin®, a streptavidin variant that binds to Strep-tag®II or Twin-Strep-tag® fusion proteins. This protein purification system is characterized by a high target purity of >95% and has a stable performance even after several regeneration cycles.
For proteins that are larger than 90 kDa, it is recommended to use Strep-Tactin®XT 4Flow® and Strep-Tactin®4Flow® high capacity FPLC columns.
Please note that the name of this product has been changed from Strep-Tactin® Superflow® high capacity cartridge to Strep-Tactin® Superflow® high capacity FPLC column.
