Maximum accuracy
The improved optics and counting algorithm perform excellently, even with clustered cells. Furthermore, the LUNA-FX7™ has a maximum counting volume of 5 µL, meaning lower error rates and a low percentage of coefficient of variation (CV). You can accurately count cells, even in diluted samples; there is no need to concentrate the cell samples.
Simultaneous Counting of up to 8 samples
Cell counting will no longer slow you down.
Choose between different slide formats to process up to eight samples simultaneously. You can choose between 8, 3, or 1-channel slide formats, with or without gamma-irradiation; the latter is for complete sterilization.
Optics
All new optics and upgraded LUNA-FX7™ software algorithms result in high-speed and precision autofocus. It is the best choice for diverse cell counting applications, including single-cell sequencing and CAR-T dosing determination, with cell concentration running 1.0e04 – 5.0e07 Cells/Ml. On top of this, it offers excellent brightfield and fluorescence counting.
The built-in QC software and validation slides for brightfield and fluorescence allow daily QC monitoring and reporting.
Online access and data synchronization
Store 128 GB of data onboard or export via USB, WiFi, and Ethernet. You can connect the LUNA-FX7™ to a data server for integrated data management. Synchronize data across multiple LUNA-FX7™ devices through a private network and access the critical information you need regardless of where you are in your lab.
21 CFR PART 11 compliance
You can operate the LUNA-FX7™ in 21 CFR part 11 mode with the complementary CountWire™ software to provide complete electronic record and signature management. Connect multiple devices in various locations to secure the network and access them via CountWire™. Manage user rights and access remotely with all user activity logged and encrypted.
