HEK|ONE T is a serum-free, chemically defined, animal component-free medium for transient Embryonic Kidney 293 (HEK293) cells. It was developed for the cultivation and expression of HEK293 and other mammalian cell lines, with a focus on transfection applications and virus production.
HEK|ONE T medium comes without L-Glutamine and is supplemented with Growth Hormones. The medium is suitable for transient transfection with, for example, polycationic transfection reagents such as polyethylenimine (PEI). HEK|ONE T supports cell growth and production of recombinant proteins and antibodies in suspension culture. It is suitable for research and further manufacturing.
