Ham's F-10 Medium Nutrient Mix, with L-Glutamine, is a widely used basal medium crafted for serum-free cultivation of Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells. In combination with serum, transferrin, and hormones, Ham's F-10 medium can furthermore be used for the cultivation of various other mammalian cells, such as HeLa, mouse L-cells, and hybridoma cells. Liquid media provide basic nutrients for all cell culture applications.
Compared to other basal media, Ham's F-10 has been designed with a greater variety of components and is supplemented with L-glutamine.
