The 0.2 mL 8-Strip PCR Tubes are flat and optically clear. They are manufactured from high-quality virgin polypropylene to ensure purity and provide excellent optical clarity. Furthermore, they are certified free of detectable RNase, DNase, DNA, and PCR inhibitors and tested pyrogen-free. They come in strips of 8, with 125 strips per unit and 10 units per case.
For low throughput PCR, the Westburg AmpliStar PCR tubes complete our AmpliStar range to stay within budget. These 0.2 ml tube strips are available without caps (WB 0264L) or with either domed (WB 0337L) or flat caps (WB 1502L). The domed caps give you a secure sealing and thermocycler fit, whereas the flat cap is ideal for quantitative PCR applications. The ultra-thin and uniform tube wall guarantees reproducibility and fast heat transmission.
