The Westburg brand qPCR seals complete our AmpliStar range to stay within budget without compromising the quality. All products are manufactured to high-quality standards to meet the requirements of life science applications. The Adhesive QPCR Film Seals are in a smaller cut and ideal for use with raised-rim plates and come as 100 seals per package. The film provides a very secure seal to minimize evaporation and cross-contamination and has high optical clarity and low auto-fluorescence.
The AmpliStar seals are well suited for dual component (e.g. polycarbonate/polypropylene) PCR plates and are also compatible with qPCR plastics of other brands. It is usable at a temperature range of -40°C to +120°C.
