We started with these older model Westburg brand 96-well PCR Plates. From then on, we moved towards better-priced Westburg brand consumables with the same quality. These legacy plastics are still available for our trusted customers. The 0.2 mL White 96-Well PCR Plates, Non-Skirted, are manufactured from virgin polypropylene. Furthermore, they are free of detectable DNase, RNase, human genomic DNA, and endotoxin/pyrogen. They come as 50 PCR plates per unit.
The Non-skirted 96-well PCR plate comes with an H12 cut corner and the Westburg AmpliStar PCR plates complete our AmpliStar range to stay within budget and come with ultra-thin, uniform walls that contribute to efficient thermal transfer during PCR. In addition, the wells are easily identifiable due to the black letters and numerals.
