Proprietary additives give enhanced and consistent endpoint readings and low Ct values and utilize dTTP in the dNTP mix for increased reaction efficiency and reduced time per reaction.

The ABsolute qPCR ROX mix format for hybridization probe real-time PCR comes in one 50 ml vial. It is ideal for robotic use or high-throughput labs that want to save money.

The ROX reference dye enables uniform detection in qPCR equipment using light bulbs.

The stringent chemically modified enzyme-based hot-start requires an incubation step of 15 minutes, making it ideal for gene expression studies.
