This unique bulk-packed quantitative PCR mix has been around for decades. Even though the formulation remained the same for years, the patented hot-start enzyme Thermo-Start® DNA Polymerase and the proprietary reaction buffer keep delivering on the promise of high sensitivity and specificity. It is so popular that Thermo Scientific can't remove it from the range of offerings even if they want to. Proprietary additives give enhanced and consistent endpoint readings and low Ct values and utilize dTTP in the dNTP mix for increased reaction efficiency and reduced time per reaction.

The ABsolute qPCR mix format for hybridization probe real-time PCR comes in one 50 ml vial. It is ideal for robotic use or high-throughput labs that want to save money.

The stringent chemically modified enzyme-based hot-start requires an incubation step of 15 minutes, making it ideal for gene expression studies.

The CM-215/A is ideal for newer systems using uniform light destribution with LEDs.
